The Osprey Point Condo Association Finance Committee is a volunteer Advisory Committee charged with the responsibility to monitor all financial matters of the Community Association. Working with the management company contracted to perform the day to day operational management of the Association, and maintaining close liaison with the other Committees of the Association, the Finance Committee shall keep the Board advised of financial matters and will from time to time make recommendations to the Board as to decisions to be made. Financial matters of concern to the committee and the Board shall include, but not be limited to; budget preparation, performance against budget, asset management, reserves, insurance, contracts, resident fees, purchase orders, work orders and the community data base.text.
